<p>Jazz Band is an audition-only&nbsp;performance group. Students may audition on alto, tenor, and bari sax, trombone, trumpet, jazz piano, bass, and electric guitar and jazz drumset.</p>

<p>This ensemble has many gigs throughout the year including but not limited to Back to School Night, Auction dinner fundraisers, and CMEA festivals.</p>

<p>Every student will audition in the Spring to be in Jazz band for the following year. Spots are limited as we strive to be an elite big band.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A smaller-sized String Ensemble class for&nbsp; advanced students&nbsp;who play violin, viola, cello, bass, and piano.</p>

<p>In the spring semester we will also be performing as a full symphony orchestra combining our string students with our Wind Ensemble.&nbsp;</p>

<h6>Wind Ensemble is our audition-only advanced concert band class for&nbsp;woodwind, brass, and percussion players. We perform college-level classical and contemporary music.</h6>

<h6>Auditions to get into Wind Ensemble&nbsp;occur in the Spring every year and all students must audition to participate. Spots are limited as we maintain&nbsp;to be a well-balanced and competitive ensemble.</h6>

<h6>Symphonic Band is a Concert Band class for all grades and students who play woodwind, brass and percussion instruments. No audition necessary.</h6>
