This music theory class covers 2 semesters of a Music Theory college course.

There will be weekly quizzes as well as daily homework assignments. All students are also required to take the AP exam in May.

 

This course covers all musical concepts and terms for a first year music major in college including but not limited to composition, harmonic analysis, rhythmic and melodic dictation, sight singing and chord progressions.

To enroll, student must have taken another music class at CVCHS and/or have 2+ years of musical experience.
